Why now, and why these two years

A child who starts with us in Year 1 has twelve years of school ahead of them. A child who starts in Year 4 has nine. Either way that's most of their childhood, which is why the scholarship runs to the end of Year 6 rather than a single year, and why they move into Year 7 without reapplying. We'd rather back a family for the long haul than discount a term.

That's not a discount. It's an invitation. A child who joins us at six or nine will spend the most formative years of their life on this campus. We want to know who they are before we ask you to sign anything, which is why the first step is a conversation, not a form with forty fields.

Not the child with the highest reading level. The child, and the family, who'll make the room better by being in it.

Our committee reviews every family together once the window closes, rather than first come first served. You'll receive your enrolment outcome and any scholarship offer in the same letter.

Something we'd rather say now than later

There are a limited number of scholarships, and we expect more families to express interest than we can fund. If that's you, you'll still have met us, we'll still have met your child, and you'll receive a clear enrolment answer. Many families find that the conversation itself was the thing they needed to make a decision, scholarship or not.

What it's worth, in plain terms

Full transparency, because a surprise on the first invoice is the fastest way to lose a family's trust.

Partial scholarship	50% off standard annual tuition fees, every year until the end of Year 6.
Full scholarship	100% off standard annual tuition fees, every year until the end of Year 6.
What it doesn't cover	Year level levies (classroom consumables, IT, camps) and family levies (P&F and Campus Development). These are what every family pays for the things their child uses every day.
From Year 7	Your child moves into secondary automatically, without reapplying. Standard fees apply from Year 7.

Questions families ask us

My child is already at another school. Can we apply?

Yes, and most of the families we're hoping to hear from are in exactly that position. A child finishing Prep or Year 3 somewhere else is welcome to express interest.

Do we need to be a Christian family?

We're a Christ centred College and we're looking for families who value that and want to be part of it. You don't need to be a member of a church to apply. We'll talk about it openly at the interview.

Will my child be assessed?

Every family meets with College leadership as part of the process. We're looking for curiosity, kindness and a family who wants to walk alongside us, not just a score. For some students, particularly those coming from a home schooling environment, we may include a short assessment alongside the conversation. We'll let you know if that applies to your child.

How many scholarships are there?

A small number across Year 1 and Year 4. Whether each is partial or full is decided by the committee once they've met every family, so we can't promise a split in advance.

What happens if we don't receive a scholarship?

You'll still receive an enrolment decision, and if a place is offered you're welcome to accept it at standard fees. Nobody who takes the time to meet us gets a form letter.

Please do. Book a tour any time. It isn't required for the scholarship, but families tell us it's the moment things click.
